Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days following delivery. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or any alterations or modifications made after purchase. To initiate a return or warranty claim, customers must provide order details and photographic evidence of the alleged defect for review. Upon evaluation and at our sole discretion, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the item is determined to be defective.
